I am trying to clean up my granny and Papa's house they are on I've been a change now and can't do it their selves and my main issue right now is trying to get these feelings clean they haven't been cleaned in about 10 years and it's just me doing it and we don't have any kind of you know we can't hire people to come in here so it's a big job I just need any kind of tips or helper that you can give me

Just to clean:

Inside - Murphy's Oil Soap and hot water, rinse with clean water.

Outside - 1 cup TSP to 5 gallons of water, wash with soft brushes, mist to rinse.  NO BLEACH
