We bought a 1980 built log home 3600sf. The roof

We bought a 1980 built log home 3600sf. The roof was rotted through in several places and has termite damaged log that need replaced. My main question right now is ventilation. We had the roof replaced and the contractor put turbines on the roof and of course there are now two big turbine size holes in the roof leading directly outside! When the wind is not blowing wasps and everything else just fly in and out! I’m sure if you have an attic this is a great way to vent it but there is no attic! One of the turbines is in a bedroom and the other is over a game room. The room is some sort of double layer and the ceiling is rough 1”x6” boards. Thanks for any help!

You need to talk to the company that installed these.  They should be able to install these without these kinds of problems.
